GENERAL INFORMATION |

- We are a smoke-free facility.
- Check-in hours between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.
If your plans involve a later arrival, please let us know in advance.
Please note: guests may not check in prior to 3:00 p.m.
- Request check out by 11:00 a.m.
- A full breakfast is served between 8:00 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. in the Great Room at the Inne.
- Continental breakfast is served at 7:00 a.m. for guests embarking on an in-depth tour to Fallingwater or House on Kentuck Knob.
- During January and February we are open only on weekends.
- Inne and Harvest House are not suitable for children under the age of 12.
- For an extra guest in the Laurel Suite at the Harvest House, a flat fee of $50.00 to provide a rollaway, plus $25.00 per person/per night
- During September - October, a two night minimum on weekends is required - either Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday.
- All guestrooms have private bathrooms
- Handicapped Accessible .
- All rates are subject to change and are before taxes.

RESERVATIONS, DEPOSITS &
CANCELLATIONS |

- Deposits on reservations are required in the form of a valid credit card number or cheque.
- All reservations require a 50% deposit of the entire stay in advance.
The balance will be due upon arrival, at check-in.
- Reservations without deposit will not be held.
- We accept cash, cheques, Discover, MasterCard, Travelers cheques, Visa and AMEX.
- Rates reflect double occupancy and range from $120.00- $200.00.
Add 6% PA State Sales Tax and 3% Bed Tax.
- A processing fee of $25.00 per room for any reservation cancelled.
- Eight (8) or more days notification of cancellation prior to arrival is required for a deposit refund (less processing fee).
- For cancellation notification of seven (7) days or less prior to arrival,
a refund (less processing fee) will be made only if
guestroom (s) can be re-booked.
- No-shows will be charged full payment of the guestroom.
