Reservation
and Cancellation Policy
Cancellations:

An administrative cancellation fee
of $20.00 will
be applied to any deposit refunded as a result of
a cancellation.

Eight or more days notification of cancellation prior
to arrival is required for a deposit refund (less
cancellation fee).

For cancellation notification of seven days or less
prior to arrival, a refund (less cancellation fee)
will be made only if the room (s) can be filled.
- No-shows will be charged full payment of room.
Reservations

Deposits on reservations are required in the
form of a valid
credit card number or cheque.
A $50.00
deposit per room, per night is required to confirm reservations.

We
accept Amx, Cash, Cheques, Discover, MasterCard, Travelers
Cheques and VISA.

Rates reflect double occupancy
and range from $135.00 - $245.00
Add 6% PA State Sales Tax.

· Continental
breakfast is served at 7:00 a.m. for guests embarking on an in-depth
tour at Fallingwater.
· A full-service breakfast is served between 8:00 a.m. and 9:30
a.m.
· Check-in hours are from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.
If your plans involve a later arrival, please let us know in advance.
Please note: guests may not check in prior to 3:00 p.m.
· Check out time: 11am.
· Monday thru Thursday single-night stays available.
· During September-October, a two-night minimum on weekends - either
Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday.
· During January and February we are open only on weekends.
· We are a smoke-free facility
· Gift certificates available.
· Handicapped Accessible.
