Cancellation Policy
Reservations

Deposits on reservations are required in the
form of a valid
credit card number or cheque.
All reservations require a 50% deposit of the entire stay in
advance. The balance will be
due upon arrival, at check-in.

Reservations without deposit will not be held.

We
accept Cash, Cheques, Discover, MasterCard, Travelers
Cheques and VISA.

Rates reflect double occupancy
and range from $130.00 - $225.00.
Add 6% PA State Sales Tax and
3% Bed Tax effective July 1, 2008.
Cancellations:
-
An administrative fee of $25.00 will
be applied to any deposit refunded as a result of
a cancellation.

Eight or more days notification of cancellation prior
to arrival is required for a deposit refund (less
cancellation fee).

For cancellation notification of seven days or less
prior to arrival, a refund (less cancellation fee)
will be made only if the room (s) can be filled.
- No-shows will be charged full payment of room.

- Continental
breakfast is served at 7:00 a.m. for guests embarking on an in-depth
tour at Fallingwater.
- A full-service breakfast is served between 8:00 a.m. and 9:30
a.m.
- Check-in hours are from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. If your plans involve a later arrival, please let us know in advance.
Please note: guests may not check in prior to 3:00 p.m.
- Check out by 11:00 a.m.
- Monday thru Thursday single-night stays available.
- During September-October, a two-night minimum on weekends - either
Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday.
- During January and February we are open only on weekends.
- We are a smoke-free facility
- Gift certificates available.
- Handicapped Accessible.
- Sorry, no pets.
