Get Away Package Rental

Rental is from Friday at 3:00 pm to Sunday 11:00 am

Package A- $15,800 for 125 guests

Includes the following:

  • Overnight lodging and breakfast for 24 guests for two nights
  • Exclusive use of the Inne, Great Room, Harvest House, Barn, Stable, Summer House, Courtyard, English Stone Wall Fire Pit & Landscaped Grounds
  • Event Hostess during your event
  • White Garden Padded Chairs and Tables: 
    (guest, cookies/cake & DJ)
  • Banquet Tables for food service
  • Table set up and clean up
  • Reclaimed soft lighting
  • Original beams and reclaimed wood structure
  • Established 2 ½” thick oak floor
  • Bar located in the barn (alcohol usage at your discretion)
  • Bird & bat net protection on full barn interior
  • Beautiful secluded views of the sunset
  • In house women and men restrooms for guests
  • Restroom attendant during event
  • Established, well-lit parking lot
  • Parking attendant(s)
  • Special needs accessibility
  • Catering Kitchen with private rest room for staff
  • Complimentary use of the outdoor Pergola with electrical outlets (weather permitting) for your wedding ceremony

  • One (1) hour rehearsal with the Event Hostess prior to ceremony (typically the day before)
  • Five (5) hours for reception (additional hour for ceremony) for a (6) six-hour event
  • “Save the Date” photo opportunities by appointment
  • List of Preferred Vendors to simplify your booking needs
  • Security officer(s) as needed
  • If more than 125 guests, $2,100 additional fee for required tenting (20’x 20’ white marquee high peak, side-by-side 10’x 20’ white marquee high peak, cables, anchor weights & covers, incandescent lighting with dimmer switch and connecting barn gutter)

A signed contract and $500.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure event date. Payment schedule will be established with final payment due 30 days prior to your event. Each required payment will be non-refundable.

Rental is for a six (6) hour window of time (4:00 pm to 10:00 pm)

Package Barn and Stable- $4,000 for 100 guests

Includes the following:

  • Event Hostess during your event
  • Climate Controlled venue (Stable
  • Wooden Tables & Chairs
  • Reclaimed soft lighting
  • Original beams and reclaimed wood structure
  • Beautiful secluded views of the sunset
  • In house women and men restrooms for guests
  • Restroom attendant during event
  • Established, well-lit parking lot
  • Parking attendant(s)
  • Special needs accessibility
  • Catering Kitchen with private rest room for staff
  • Bar located in the barn (alcohol usage at your discretion)

  • Client will assume responsibility to provide seating at Pergola
  • Complimentary one-night stay in the Laurel Room (our bridal suite)

  • Use of the rustic-chic barn following dinner for dancing and celebrating

Barn Rental

Rental is for a five (5) hour window of time (5:00 pm to 10:00 pm)

Package: $2,500 for 125 guests

Includes the following:

  • Event Hostess during your event
  • Reclaimed soft lighting
  • Original beams and reclaimed wood structure
  • Bar located in the barn (alcohol usage at your discretion)
  • Bird & bat net protection on full barn interior
  • Beautiful secluded views of the sunset
  • In house women and men restrooms for guests
  • Restroom attendant during event
  • Established, well-lit parking lot
  • Parking attendant(s)
  • Special needs accessibility
  • Catering Kitchen with private rest room for staff
  • Complimentary use of the outdoor Pergola with electrical outlets (weather permitting) for your wedding ceremony
  • One additional hour for ceremony for a six (6) hour event (4:00 pm to 10:00 pm)

  • Alcohol usage at your discretion
  • Five (5) hours for reception (additional hour for ceremony) for a six (6) hour event
